Precision gear reducer with backlash less than 2 arc minute. Position accuracy: +/-0.1mm, Repeat accuracy: +/-0.1mm. Flexible full sealed cable-chain hose and cable conveyors in both axes. Self-lubricate pad for excellent rail lubrication. Optional patent dust prevention device on cross axis for linear way guide protection. Advanced PC-Based CNC controller with faster processing speed & greater accuracyimproves productivity. This CNC controller features a Windows operating system and colored LCD screen. The multi-axis controller base is very flexible. It provides user with a convenient accessing position. Trouble-free torch and precise torch holder provide maximum service life with minimum wears and tears. A cabinet mounted on the machine houses the pressure regulators, gauges and solenoid valves. These apparatus are designed to work with all torches at their maximum pressure and flow rates in cutting, Hi / Low preheat, auto ignition and powder marking applications.
