Application for laser cutting

The OF cutting system can be integrated with a revolving OFR system (see specific section) to form one single OFPR system that stands out in a workshop thanks to its two types of die-board cutting.
This combined machine can also be fitted with a single laser source with powers starting from 800W. In this case it is possible to work alternatively on two tables with an evident savings in terms of investments.

OF PR System

The cutting of die-boards is an extremely delicate and difficult operation.
The configuration chosen is the cross table (X,Y) with the focussing head connected to the laser structure.
The powers are 500W, 800W, 1000W, 1200W, 1750W and 2000W. The most widely used powers for cutting flat die-boards are between 800 and 1200W.

OF 1612-2015-3015 System

The OF, OFR, OFPR lasers are designed as integrated systems especially dedicated to the cutting of die-boards.
