The machine in terms of its hardware and software can be customised to meet particular customer requirements, this might include twin solenoid machines, label feed systems, multi-marking head machines.

The Controller is a separate unit to ensure it is protected from the mechanical shock loading of the marking operation. The easy to use software allows for 5 font types and up to 1350 layouts to be stored. Available in a variety of languages (including English, French, German, Spanish, Swedish and Italian), the software also contains features such as serial numbers, date and time marking, password protection.

The Base and Column are solid cast structures giving great stability and damping properties to the marking machines. The z-axis has manual adjustment to allow for components of differing heights. This can be electrically driven for single push button operation and automatic control. The column is available in two heights and can be used with risers blocks to enable even more flexibility.

The Multidot 2068 consists of three basic building blocks, marking head, base & column and the controller. 
    
  The Marking Head is available in 3 sizes, each being driven by a highly accurate lead-screw arrangement. For components requiring a deeper mark than the standard electric solenoid there is choice of heavy duty electric solenoid or pneumatic solenoid. The marking stylii are available in a range of lengths to suit different applications.
