The EM-237 Laser Marking System is designed for marking or engraving of a broad range of products made of metal, ceramics, plastic and other materials through controlled material evaporation in the
radiation impact zone.
The EM-237P Laser Marking System for electronic plastic cards (EPS) is intended for marking EPS through controlled material evaporation in the radiation impact zone.
The marking data are formed in the external computer (IBM PC) which carries out authentification of the EPC, creates the marking logo in AUTOCAD editor or CorelDraw, transmits the data to the
systems computer, corrects data base after marking a EPC batch.
The loading-unloading device allows automatically to feed in step a batch of EPS from the loading cassette to the probing and marking positions and into the receiving cassette. Combination of
authentification and marking operations of the preceding EPC allows to shorten the batch marking time for EPC. The system is equipped with a Nd:YAG laser (TEM00 with ?=1064 nm ) having an
acusto-optical Q-factor modulation . The system can make marking from an external control as well as in an automatic mode.
