Introducing e-laser by Proel.
The new e-laser system mounts directly on your embroidery machine head. This ingenious (and patented) approach requires no extra mechanics or bulky construction to implement. The LASER emitter is at the end of a flexible umbilical and mounts directly on the embroidery machine head in a needle position. This efficient and accurate design is like adding a "cut needle" to your embroidery machine.
The e-laser is compatible with all brands of embroidery machines and can be used in single or multihead environments.

From the first stitch to the last cut, With the new e-laser from proel, you are in control of a truly seamless operation (no pun intended).

FEATURES
The e.Laser is a CO2 Laser machine equipped with a 25 or 50 Watt CO2 laser source. The machine is equipped with a smoke suction device.

Proel software for laser cutting FOCUSCUT III is the best program to manage laser cuts with e.Laser because the operator can use a lot of automatic tools for: auto-recognizing the embroidery edges, creating laser lettering and true type laser lettering, automatic creation of kiss cutting levels, etc. Possible also to manage the laser cuts with any client punching system
