HLM is the solution to traditional ITO wet etching drawback.  It satisfies diversified need, reduces working hours, increases yield rate, reduce checical process and no need to clean.  It is also the solution to the limitation of ITO etching by X-Y table by using galvo motor to increase throughtput, using twin CCDs to calibrate & positioning for higher accuracy, capable of processing special pattern in high speed with laser working area of 550x550mm.
