Depending on a device the manipulator can be equipped with the following options:
Components to be attached can be on stages, in blister tapes, cassettes, or other carriers.
The EM-4725 Manipulator is intended to mount chip resistors and capacitors, transistors and diodes in SOT and SOD packages, MELF type components and other surface mounted elements on the
surface of printed circuit boards.
The base model is equipped with X-Y positioner with a head for surface mounting. Vacuum pipette of the surface mounting head is moved manually in horizontal plane of the manipulator by a handle to
carry and attach a picked up component. It can be moved vertically and rotated as well. Printed circuit boards are fixed on the table. The manipulator has a comfortable movable armrest.
