   we will supply step by step VCD and manual in English for installing and operation or dispatch our engineer to your country for installing and training at buyer's charge for the persons travel and accommodation if overseas installation is requested.you may also dispatch your engineer to our factory for free training at your expense for travel and accommodation.

   3.Training:

    we should charge to customer a new main equipment(such as power supply,mainboard and etc.)of laser machine in the guarantee year,except the expendable such as lens laser tube and etc.

    Guarantee:that the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused and complies in all respects within the quality and specification.The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination,no including the round way air-ticked and other mess fee of our engineer oversea.After the guarantee year we will provide service by payment.

If you want make 3D portrait crystal sample ,you need use 3D camera take a 3D photo first ,second, adjust the 3D photo by our software, finally cost 3-5 min make sample, so in total cost time about 10-20 minutes. If you use our software proficiency, maybe you will quickly than this time.
