Series of YZB(F) Frequency Speed Control Motors

1. Brief Summary of Products

1.1 YZB(F) series crane motors are frequency-conversion speed type, with the features of great overloading capacity, high mechanical strength, wide ranges of speed regulation and stable operation. Its basic technical specifications are in conformance with the standards of IEC34-1 and GB755. And it is suitably applied for various crane and metallurgical industries.

1.2 Normal Working Environments:
(1.2.1) Ambient Temperature: Not more than 60 centigrade (in metallurgy industries), not more than 40 centigrade (in crane industries);
(1.2.2) Altitude: Not more than 1000 meters;
(1.2.3) Relative Humidity: not more than 90%;
(1.2.4) Frequent and significant mechanical vibration & shocks.

1.3 Normal Working in Load Conditions:
(1.3.1) Frequent starting and frequent reversion;
(1.3.2) Frequent electric and mechanical braking.

1.4 Rated frequency is 50Hz, and speed change range between 5Hz and 100Hz. (series of YZBF motors accompanies with cooling fan)

1.5 Normal Duty: S3-40%.
