GR Series Geared Motors

    Our GR series totally have seven types.They are GR GRF GRX GRXF GRM GR.SZ,AD GR..R .The type GR is foot mounted units of two or three stages helical gears.The type GRF is B5 flange mounted units of two or three stages helical gears.The type GRX is foot mounted units of single stage helical gears,and the type GRXF add a flange on the GRX.The type GRM is flange mounted helical geared motor with extend bearing housing.The type GR.SZ.AD is input shaft type,and the type GR..R is combined of two different types.Very big  ratios are available with these combined units.

   The housings of them are made of high strength cast iron.Gears and shaft gears are  finished with gas carburising process and precise grounding to sequentially get high loading capacity of per certain volume.They have long service life and low noise.All key components are finished by precisely machining,accsembly,and finally tested.

   This kind of geared motors are used helical gears.They are easily connected with and driven by different type of motors or other kinds of input power.

Gears and shafts gears of this kind of gear motors have long service life,low noise,and the effciency of gear unit can reach 95%
