DC geared motor

NR-DC-ACE is high power DC geared motor. It is available in 12V to 24V DC from 5 to 1500 RPM. It has a sturdy gearbox with an off centered shaft which gives maximum flexibility for output shaft positioning. Position encoder can be mounted at the motor side for the close loop control. It contains Brass gears and steel pinions to ensure longer life and better wear and tear properties. The gears are fixed on hardened steel spindles polished to a mirror finish. These spindles rotate between bronze plates which ensures silent running. The output shaft rotates in a sintered bushing. The whole assembly is covered with a metal ring. All the bearings are permanently lubricated and therefore require no maintenance. The motor is screwed to the gear box from inside.
