Modern Alternators produce high output from low r.p.m.; converting alternating current into direct current through diode rectification. As a consequence the units produce extreme heat and it is essential that during the Remanufacturing Process critical wear items such as Diodes, Rectifiers, Regulators, Bearings and Seals are always replaced, using only OEM quality components.Similarly, cls Jordan remanufacture Starter Motors including coaxial designs, pre-engaged and inertia types and the latest specification offset gear reduction units which offer improved reliability, high torque and at reduced power requirement from the vehicle electrical system.
