Couple Vibrating Motor

We manufacture and supply Standard Vibrating Motor, and also offer custom built products as per the clients specification. Please advise the voltage, frequency, exciting force, poles, before order.

It is used as a vibrating source for various vibrating equipment.

Application:

5 Maintenance for bearing should be done periodically, by adding lubricant on it properly once every 3-5 months, the amount of lubricant injection could be 2/3 of bearing chamber.

4. Light maintenance should be made once every 4-6 months, and general repair should be done once a year.

3. Pleases test run the motor for 2-4 hours after installation, then the machine can be used if every thing is fine during test running.

2. While installing the motor on the vibrating equipments, holding down bolt should use release device in case bolt loosening which can cause vibrating motor damage.
