Geared motor is the combination of a motor and a gearbox. In order to reach high torque and low speed, geared motor was adopted. So, geared motor has the features of high torque at low speed,
compact dimensions, high precision and low noise.
We have 7 series of DC geared motors now. The diameter is 12mm, 16mm, 25mm, 28mm, 35mm, 37mm, 48mm and we are willing to develop any new types as the customer needs.
The gear reduction ratio is possible to 1:3000.
Typical applications are: meter, vending machines, electric door locker, mount counter, printer, curtain lift, etc.
Motor is the heart of an appliance, while gear is the heart of a geared motor. The gears of our geared motors are made of carbon steel or brass, that build in precision and thicker pinions of hob
machines process. Therefore, they can guarantee high precision, higher torque, more durable running and low noise.
