They are safe to use in the locations where there are explosive mixtures of gas- and vapor-air. Exd- safe for use in the non-mining surfaces of underground coal mines where the explosive mixtures of methane or coal-dust are present.
ExdAT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of A Class, TI, T2, T3 orT4 are present.
ExdBT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of B Class, TI, T2, T3 orT4 are present.
ExdCT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of C Class, TI, T2, T3 or T4 are present.
