Totally Enclosed DC Motor

These motors are insstalled where there is to much on dust & moisture in atmospheres such as cement plant, cubber mixing mills, steel & copper rolling mills etc. In this type of motors there is no direct contact between the externals Atmosphere Air & internal inside the motors enclosed.These motors are cooled with different types such as:1.Naturals cooling without any Externals cooling.2.Self fan cooled with a far & cowl mounted at other end of motors through which cooling are passes over the surfaces, which is, normally libbed construction giving increased cooling area.3. Force cooling by a small ac motors drivers blowers, which is externally mounted on the motors
