     Gearbox types:

The two-stage basic concept (helical-bevel gearboxes are three-stage), connecting elements with reduced play and the high quality of the toothing due to precision manufacturing results in reduced output backlash in comparison with similar geared motors.

     Reduced backlash:

The double-coated wire winding with additional phase insulation provides extremely high dielectric strength and has excellent mechanical resistance.

     Drive controller compatibility: 

The wide ratio range of the gearboxes combined with the small ratio step n = 1.12 enables the required output speed range to be selected with precision.

     Carefully stepped output speeds:

The optimum teeth geometry reduces the generation of noise.

     All rotating parts are made of corrosion-resistant material and enable application even under difficult environmental conditions. As option for extreme conditions, a version with an especially coated belt running surface is available.

     The pretension required for power transmission is generated by rotation-symmetrical helical springs.

     The coated hub with its four-side polygon profile together with laminated pulleys made of aluminum die cast is used in millions of applications in mechanical and system engineering worldwide.

     The main part is the Simplabelt variable speed pulley type 11.213 (with size 40 type 11.218) in maintenance-free polygon design.

     Simplabelt compact units are rugged, universally applicable variable speed geared motors for powers between 0.25 to 45 kW with adjustable output speeds.
