7. Motor rotor structure is casting aluminum. Processing rotor balance test guarantee that motor can operate with low noise.
8. Qualified lamination makes motor less wastage.
9.If motor frame is below size 160 with two sides of sealing shafts, putting wave spring at the end of shaft, which can restrain motor from noise and vibration. If motor frame is above size 180
with two sides of brackets, it can avoid rotor from move. In order to make motor safe operation and setting system to emit grease for 180 size and keep location for shaft temperature supervising
components. If motor is above size 250 and frame is below size 280, plastic fans should be used; if motor frame is above size 315, casting aluminum or steel fans should be used.
