The EMB series DC brushless servo motor produce high continuous stall torque in a cost-reduced package. The increased torque of the EMB series motors is the result of an increased number of magnetic poles on the rotor. Traditional motors in these frame sizes have four magnetic poles on the rotor, while the EMB Series motors have eight poles. The cost reduction of the EMB series motors is achieved from their open-lamination design. Unlike traditional servo motors, the EMB series motors do not have a metal housing. Instead, the laminations of the motor stator are shaped into the body of the motor. This design reduces both material costs and time required assembling the motor. The series include NEMA17 to NEMA42, it's rated can be from 0.05N. M to 5N. M, the peak torque can be three times than the rated torque. THE Series motor can supply from 0.2N.m to 0.6N.m torque, and the peak torque can be three times than the rated torque.
