Linear motor precision stage---The SBW module is a high precision positioning stage. The moving-winding scheme achieves long effective stroke and multiple moving slides on the same rail. In addition, by paralleling two stage with one motor drive, the high-thrust and wide-spaced table stage can be carried out. An iron-core linear motor is employed to achieve high force density. Air cooling is optional for higher motor power density. Open type module is the standard configuration, which yields smaller overhead of module overall length. Customer can request bellow seal type or plate seal type, as shown in the above figures, which has larger footprint. Effective stroke, user-specified mounting holes, encoder resolution, type of seal, external payload, accuracy grade, and the required motion profile all can be specified by the customer to achieve seamless integration into your machine design.
