The Machine is designed to receive compounds A2B6 (CdS, ZnS, CdSe, ZnSe, ZnTe).The Machine can conduct the following technological processes: the process of synthesis, annealing operation.
The automated control system detects current values of temperature and pressure every minute. There is a possibility to assign the temperature diagram.
