DVP Automatic Centralised Vacuum System DUPLEX

CPA duplex vacuum systems are primarily used on large industrial vacuum applicationsas or as  centralised hospital vacuum systems.
   
These groups have been developed to meet the specifications required by EN 737/3 standards.
The standard version of duplex vacuum systems comprises:

Two lubricated vacuum pumps complete with oil separator exhaust filter, mounted on the tank or with the larger units on a vertical framework to limit overall dimensions.

A  horizontal vertical vacuum-tight welded steel receiver, complete with condensation drainage valve and by-pass to separate it from the system if required.

Two built-in non return valves on the pump intakes to keep the receiver under vacuum with the pumps stopped.

Two FCM type cartridge filters to protect the pumps from any impurities present in the system.

Two ball valves on the intake of each individual pump to isolate it from the system during maintenance.

Two vacuum switches each with two adjustable setpoints to start and stop the pumps.

An electrical panel to start and run 1 or 2 pumps in manual or automatic mode, complete with cut-out switch, counter, on/off switch, automatic pump sequence device to balance wear, and a vacuum switch to trip a low vacuum alarm. Both electrical panels are housed inside a lockable metallic housing with IP55 protection;

A manually controlled ball valve mounted on the receiver to isolate the entire pumping group from the system;

A bactericidal filter unit with by-pass system may be mounted (upon request) between the isolating ball valve of the unit and the user system, as required by EN 737/3 standards.

All components are painted and mounted to make up a compact, reliable unit.
