Feeding electric adjustable 360 degrees streching system(ShuangBao, China Patent), ensures the plastic film such as PET,OPP and so on achieving the best effect of no folds, no dark line, no microcutting and no edge accuulation .
The evaporation source installs the high-density nitride boron crucible, ensuring vapor plating the enough and uniform aluminum film of substrate surface in the higher speed operation. Evaporation power supply controls stably, fixed with clamping style, and is convenient to maintain.
This machine with fast running rate and large rolling diameter, greatly improves the working efficiency.
The rolling system of this model can take use of closed loop fully automatic permanent tension torque winding and unwinding process or the Japanese mitsubishi three-motor vector frequency fully automatic permanent tension winding and unwinding system according to customersneed.
The equipment with the fast,reliable and combined high- vacuum pumping systems, has the excellent performaces such as high pumping rate, large displacement volume and high vacuum degree. The vacuum system takes the control of the man-machine interface and PLC program.
SBD1600 rolling vacuum Metallizer is the specific equipment used to the vacuum vapor plating of the aluminium film with the coiled surface and medium materials.such as polyester, polypropylene and polyethylene. The plating meterias: PET,CPP,OPP,PVC, paper,rainbow film, laser holographies film, hot stamping film, transfer film,gold and silver thread, surface decoration and various labels, bottle adhesives and trademarks, thermal insulation materials and capacitor film.
