We are manufacturing various types close die hot forging  of forgings Components from 1KG.to 30KG like Connecting Rods, Crankshafts, Camshafts, Gears, Gear Blanks, Pinions, Crown Wheels, Double Ball Stud, Gear Shifter Forks, Torque Converter Covers, Link Rod Yokes, Universal Joint Components, Bearing Housing, Bucket Tooth and many more intricate components with fully CNC Machined and finished parts.

Our sources of Raw material from the approved steel plants such as RINL, ISSAL, MUSCO, BHUSHAN STEELS, KALYANI STEEL, REMI, R.L.STEEL, ARTI STEEL etc. and all Raw materials are checked and inspected  thoroughly in our Chemical / Physical  Lab, by qualified metallurgist.

We have production capacity of 400 MT per month and present we have achieved a target of 325 MT per month. We have planned our production from 400 MT to 1000 MT in the academic year 2007.

We have established our Forging Unit in the year of 2004, which is managed by well experience professionals having experience of 15 years in forging unit.

We are please to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Forging Unit, which is located at LODHIKA GIDC, METODA, 17 Km. from RAJKOT city in GUJARAT state (INDIA), which covers total land area of 2.5 Acres.
