Send us your gasket and we will machine a new mold for you. Then our molding team will produce your gasket to match. Every gasket is molded, hand trimmed and inspected in house. We have over 5,000 different styles of molds and we are manufacturing new ones daily. Many years ago we developed a one piece snap-in gasket to replace the old glue-on type. This allows your technician to simply pull off the old damaged or worn-out gasket and snap-in a new one in just minutes, versus the job of scraping off the glued-on gasket, cleaning the machine, replacing a new glue-on gasket and waiting for it to set up and dry. This means your production down-time is shortened to a minimum and your packaging is running again in minutes instead of hours.
