DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES We have Separate Set up with tool room facility for product development out of different materials like copper, Aluminum CRC sheet, Teflon, Nylon, Fiber and any type of rubber product we can develop any type of gasket, press tool jobs and customized jobs.

SHIMS AND WASHERS made from Aluminium, copper and tin coated iron foil are used to maintain the gap and getting the proper height. It is mainly used in Automobile Engine block, gear box to synchronize two machine body. It is made in various thickness from 40 micron onwards.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKET is made from S S strip or tin strip wound in round shape and asbestos material strip filled in between. It is mainly used in exhaust and outlet manifold. It works on very high pressure and temperatures.

SOLID HEAT GASKET is made out of pure and dead soft copper sheet, cold rolled sheet, multi layer copper sheet or tin coated iron sheet and stainless steel sheet. It is mainly used in Air Cooled type engine. This type of Gasket are mainly used to reduce distortion of cylinder head and bore of the head. This is used in Motor Bikes, Scooters, Rikshaws and Small D. G. Sets.

CORK GASKET means cork granules bonded with rubber compound. These Granules are used on rough metal surface to prevent leakage of oil, water etc. It is mainly used on oil sump, differential joint, oil filter and water outlet. It works at low temperatures.

CYLINDER HEAD GASKET is very critical part of the engine and it works like fuse of engine. They are made from different materials and depends on the engine design. Cylinder head gasket made out of Copper, Asbestos Copper, Graphite Bankite, Fibre Sheet Bankite and Steel Asbestos are mainly used for Air Cooled & Water Cooled Engines for various applications like Car, Boats, Agriculture Engines, D. G. Sets and other automotive applications.

INDUSTRIAL & PACKING GASKET are made out of Cellulose Paper, Compressed Asbestos Fiber Sheet, and Non Asbestos Joint Sheet. It is used between two metal parts surface to prevent fluid leakages like Air, Water, Oil, Acid, Diesel, Gas etc. It has multi application in Auto, Engineering Field and any type of Machine Parts. It is also available in kit form for Standard application.
