SBR rubber / (Styrene butadiene)

Application: Excellent resistance to heat and oil combinations and a wide range of concentrated acids and chemicals. 205c / 17 bar.

Viton rubber / Fluoroelastomer

Application: Good resistance to ozone, sunlight, acids, alkalis and ketones (not suitable for fuels and oils). 120c / 17 bar.

EPDM rubber / (Ethylene - propylene diene)

Applications: Good resistance to oil, solvents and fuels. 94c / 17 bar.

Nitrile rubber / NBR (Buna N)

Application: Good oil and petroleum resistance. 94c / 17 bar.

Neoprene rubber / CR (Chloroprene)

Hardness is 65 shoreA + -5 average. Gaskets can also be moulded to customer specification.

Standard roll is 1.2 meters x 10 meters length - larger on request.

Available  in 1.5mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm and thicker upon request.

Application: Acid and chemical resistant. 260c / 50 bar.

Application: Chemicals, acids, caustics, gases, water and hydrocarbons. 370c / 70 bar.

Application: Steam, oils, grease, water and heat transfer fluids. 540c / 105 bar.

Garlock ST 706 - Inorganic fiber, NBR Binder

Application: Water, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils, gasoline, saturated steam, inert gases and refrigerants. 425 C/ 83 bar.

Garlock IFG 5500 - Inorganic fiber, NBR binder

Application: Water, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils, gasoline, mild acids and alkalis. 350c / 100 bar.

Donit Tesnit BA U - Compressed aramid fibre, NBR binder

Application: Water, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oil, gasoline. 370c / 70 bar.

Garlock Bluegard 3000 - Compressed aramid fiber, NBR binder

Available thicknesses are 0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1.6mm, and 3.2mm. Sheet size is generally 1500mm x 1500mm (1500mm x 3000mm on request) flat ring gaskets are recommended for class 150# and 300# application.
