Rubber Extrusions

We are capable of extruding solid, hollow or sponge profiles in various synthetic rubbers like silicone rubber, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), Neoprene, FKM (Viton?), Nitrile rubber in form of sponge, foamed silicone profiles, polyurethane, etc. We can extrude in any shape from solid cord to gaskets to multi-chamber profiles to buffers to fenders, sheet materials or strip, basic or custom extrusion. Generally, if colour matching is required we would suggest silicone. We can offer an accurate cutting service, welded corners, overprinting, vulcanising and even rubber to metal - a full rubber design service.
