Sandwitch Composite Gasket Materials

The thickness tolerance we could maintain between  +/- 0.03mm for our sandwitch materials.

We also make Sandwitch materials with both sides perforated steel and in the centre soft beater materials and is called Double Steel Faced Cemjo which is used for exhaust gaskets.

The beatere material could be coated with silicone or Black top coat if needed.  We also make sandwitch materials with Graphite,  Kevlar Binded Graphite materials.

The sheet size could be 1000mm x 1000mm,  1000mm x 1500mm  or any size the customer require. 

The thickness of the Sandwitch materials we make is 0.80mm, 1mm, 1.20mm , 1.50mm, 1.80mm, 2mm, 3mm etc:- 

The steel we could use Tin plated steel, st2k40 etc:-  Thickness of steel perforation could be 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm and 0.30mm. 

We could manufacture Sandwitch Composite Gasket materials with Round pegged perforated steel and  Beater Non asbestos or Asbestos materials.
