CR 06 25 is the most commonly ordered on-board gasketing product.
The 1/4" width allows customers to turn a tight radius when gasketing for small parts.
A product that is 1/4" thick is usually used as an in-board gasketing product. This is the most commonly ordered thickness when customers are making dedicated spoilboards. The gasketing is often placed into a channel that measures 3/16" thick, leaving 1/16" of gasketing above the board (a 3-to-1 ratio).
The CE aspect of the product code indicates that this is a low density gasketing product. It has an adhesive on one side and is most popular amongst customers who are using weaker vacuum systems (usually 1-7 horse power systems) and/or routing very light weight material.
