Worm is made from high tensile case hardened alloy steel integral with staff & are hardened & ground finished to precision limits. Worm Wheel is out of phospherbronze & having C . I. Hub & is generated on imported Hobbing Machine. Gear Casing is made of closed grain cast iron with liberal cooling fins on both sides & is precision bored to ensure accurate alingment. Bearings of large capacity on worms & wheel shafts to accomodate radical & thrust loads produced by meshing gear sets & overhung loads.
