Helicoidal Gearboxes

Our series of coaxial gearboxes is composed of 10 sizes which cover a range of power outputs from 0.06 to 45 kw, output speeds from 2 to 400 r.p.m. and output torques from 3 to 7000 Nm.
Ratios are established by way of 2 or 3 helical/cylindrical gearsets, made of tempered, hardened steel and with rectified tooth faces in all the gearsets, achieving a quiet, high-performance operation.
A perfect alignment of shafts and gearing is guaranteed by a housing design which permits the machining of all settings in one operation without repositioning the unit, as well as single piece mounting with no need for support pads, thus achieving a solid overall compactness.
The housing and cover plate are made of grey cast iron with internal reinforcements in order to absorb load reactions. Shaft are of Q and T steel, and bearings are proportioned for life-long wearing. efficient power transmission is assured by the use of keys on all gears, rectified adjustment surfaces and axial fastenings.
All gearboxes are supplied with long-lasting grease or oil according to size.
