Concrete Block Molds

Paving stone, hollow block and curbstone molds for many concrete block making machines of various manufacturers models can be manufactured in NAMTAS mold manufacturing plant.

A special steel raw material which has a very high hardness value is processed on hi-tech mold cutting systems. After cutting process, the mold is analyzed in hi-tech 3D measuring systems and according to the collected data, compaction head shoes are manufactured with a fault tolerance of 0,25 mm. Heat treatment is applied on these compaction head shoes at the final stage to increase their hardness.
