       couldn't be done.  We           had one in service on the ocean floor in 3 weeks.  You may              have heard Viton? and PTFE can't be bonded together,                 but when a request came in for a one of a kind 30"                     made of Viton? with a bonded PTFE                     shield, we had it to them in 4 days.
