This process enables to quickly produce molds at affordable prices in elastic and non-swelling materials that are suitable for the centrifugal casting of zinc and tin alloys.
Molds are vulcanized inside the molding frames that are pressed against the heated decks of the vulcanizer.
Vulcanization is a rubber processing technique during which rubber is chemically bound through heating at controlled temperature and pressure.
