INJECTION MOULDING

Injection moulding was originally introduced into DM Plastics to enable our customers to source all their extrusion and injection moulded profiles from one source. Experienced staff and modern machinery ensures that this diverse and ever expanding section of DM Plastics is able to compete in both the local and international markets.

EXTRUSION

Combining both our tooling and compounding expertise, DM Plastics manufactures a comprehensive spectrum of plastic profiles in a varied range of thermoplastics. Our diverse extrusion machinery allows us to be competitive in any extrusion market. Coupled with standard extrusion lines we offer expertise in the embossing, foil transfer, laminating and co-extrusion fields.

This in-house manufacturing process enables us to keep our lead times to a minimum and our pricing competitive, as we are not relying on a third party. The compounding process gives us a greater understanding of our customer's product needs and diminishes any chance there may be of a product failure.

COMPOUNDING

Due to the extensive lead times being quoted by local manufacturers, DM Plastics felt the need to invest in our own in-house compounding plant. Whilst DM Plastics does not actively sell compounds, we are able to develop specific grades, enabling us to cater for the individual needs of our customers.
