Rolling Dies

Rolling dies use rolling, i.e. the plastic deformation of materials, to perform conical marks in the internal teeth profile of synchronizing rings, in order to prevent their displacement.

These tools are designed paying special attention to the high mechanical load to which they are submitted. Fatigue resistance is the principal determinant of TSA rolling dies performance.
