As part of our product offering we provide our clients with a package modeling system. This system is tailor made to the clients specific payroll setup and can be used to do package modeling for new employees as well as for increase calculation purposes.Having this system alleviates the time wasted by asking payroll administrators to do pro-forma packages for prospective new employees and then going back and forth each time a change is made. The system operates on a "Cost to Company" principle and will accurately calculate the correct contributions and deductions for all company specific employee benefits as well as all statutory deductions such as tax, UIF and SDL. It also has a car allowance calculator facility that will correctly estimate the appropriate car allowance for an employee based on the employment category, value of vehicle and distance traveled. At the end of the process the employer will know exactly what the cost of employment for the individual would be and the employee will be able to see his/her exact Net Pay and employee benefits allocations.The system is very user friendly which makes it easy for any manager to use when doing salary proposals or increases, without having to know the intricacies of the tax act or employee benefit rules. Once a package has been finalized the user has the ability to print a pro-forma payslip which can be attached to an employment contract or increase letter.
