In this model, the customer has a dedicated team in TMA acting as a virtual extension of their own engineering team. TMA takes care of the facility, infrastructure and human resources. The customer only pays a flat monthly rate. The team is selected by the customer and the team size is adjustable, based on the customer's resource requirements. This model is suitable for R&D works that requires stable team to minimize learning curve.
