Co-extrusion tooling

- 6-strand extrusion tooling : 3.0~4.5 x 2 m/min (~300 kg/hr output)

- 4-strand extrusion tooling : 3.0~4.5 x 2 m/min (~200 kg/hr output)

- 2-strand extrusion tooling : 3.0~4.5 x 2 m/min (~100 kg/hr output)

Multi-cavity extrusion tooling can be applied to auxiliary profiles for mass production and maximum efficiency of extruder.

- high-output extrusion tooling : 400 ~ 700 kg/hr output depending on the customers' extruder capacity

- high-speed extrusion tooling : 3.0~4.5 m/min for main profiles,4.0~5.0 m/min for auxiliary profiles

On the customers' demand we produce high performance extrusion tooling possible to produce in a large scale up to 700 kg/hr output.

High-performance extrusion tooling

- standard length of cooling bath : L=2,000mm, L=3,000mm

- standard width of cooling bath : W=120mm, W=180mm, W=280mm

Standard cooling baths by profile dimension allow customer to reduce time for exchanging tooling in extrusion lines and cost-down of tooling. All bath made of anodized Aluminum and poly-carbonate plates have a good strength and durability..
