The QMC & QDC work on a air operated hydraulic pump unit. The clamping is hydraulic and even if the air pressure goes down, the hydraulic clamping pressure at dies wont decrease thus effectively clamping the dies even during when power goes out.Quick Die Change Systems are suitable for making high frequency die changes with multiple patterns and small quanitity in order to save time for the die change. It is applicable for presses and different automatic machine clamp system.QDC includes die lifters, die arms, die clamps, air drive hydraulic pump unit & control operation panel. These can be used doe dies with u cuts or without u cuts also. The hydraulic pressure applied by each clamp is in units of 250kgf/cmsq from 2 tons to 25 tons.
