Mould design in 3D solid modelling for optimise rigidity, cooling channel, knock out distribution and core out inserts where necessary for maximum venting.2. Submiting mould design in 2D/3D for buyer verification and comments.3. Proceed to fabrification stage accordance to customer specification.4. Weekly photo are forwarded to buyer to update tooling progress status.5. Mould testing to validate the mould performance.6. Shipping of samples to buyer.7. Carry out finishes like texturing/sand blasting/high polishing etc.8. Final testing to proof mould finishes and production ready.9. Shipment of tooling in accordance to buyer instruction.
