In the Injection Plastic Molding process, hot molten plastic is forced under pressure by a hydraulic ram into a closed mold. Secondary operations such as silk screening or pad printing can be used to add graphics to these parts.Insert Moulding Engineering plastic or TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) inserted moulding with metal frame die casting, plating copper pin & wire frame etc.We do custom construction of injection moulds for our production or export to the moulder of your choice and rapid prototyping. We can accept CAD files from ProEngineer, AutoCAD, CAD, Master CAM, ProEngineer, Inventor, Rhinoceros,3d, Studio Max, ADT, Maya, AutoDesk format and much more.2D drawings or Industrial Designs will also be accepted for mould creation. Moulds will be built to your specifications and/or industry standards. Lead times are flexible but usually range from 40 to 90 working days. On mould completion we can provide trial shots, first article inspections, and CPK analysis to the customer's specification.
