Simba has its own in house pattern and mould making facilities to allow for rapid turnaround from design to commercialization.

Simba also uses the Contact Moulding process for moulding ducting for automotive air conditioning systems, equipment housings, Effluent treatment plants etc. Simba also moulds a range of canoes and kavaks for whitewater and flat-water use.

Products currently being moulded include Engine Hoods, Bonnets, Instrument panels, Fan Cowls, Mudguards, Fenders, Air Filters, Lid Covers etc. SIMBA is a proud Original Equipment supplier to India's largest truck manufacturer, which is an endorsement of our consistent product quality and commitment to delivery schedules.

This division undertakes the moulding of Fiberglass products for Automotive, Marine, Effluent Treatment Plants and other customized moulding jobs.To meet the stringent tolerances, finish and schedules demanded by the automotive industry, Simba uses the latest Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process.The technology and equipment for RTM has been sourced from the U.K.
