- Heat resistance : Temperature for the continuous operation(288 degrees Celsius), Short time(480 degrees Celsius), Extremely low temeperature(lower than 1k)
- Abrasion resistance : PV limiting value is 10 times as high as that of the general plastic under the non-lubricating state.
- Features : No melt under the high temperature
Under 260 degrees Celsius, 186kg/cm?, that is 0.6 percents in 1,000 hours.
- Electric insulation : 22Kv/mm
- No internal force against the plasma, and radiation, Chemical resistance
