We are Malaysia leading plastic injection mould manufacturer with headquarter based in Malaysia and with manufacturing plants in Malaysia and oversea.In line with our business expansion in 2006 We are seeking to further expand our export business to the world and in particular USA market.We have been exporting directly to United State for the past 8 years and have good experiences in meeting requirements demanded by USA companies.The products we have made for USA market include automotive part, snow mobiles parts, large trash bin, catcher helmets, crates, industrial louver, boat seats, industrial louver, pail, and many others.The services we provide include: -1. Complete in house 3D design (using Pro-Engineer )and 2D drawing (using AUTOCAD) of tooling for customer approval within 2 weeks upon received of order.2. Design reviews from customer will be updated and again forward for final approval before steel ordering.3. Complete in house facilities for fabrication of tool as per approved tooling design testing ready within 10 ~ 12 weeks (total lead time for T1) for up to 5,000 KG moulds depending on complexity of design. Larger tools say 10,000 will take up to 13 ~ 15 weeks subject to complexity of the design.4. All tools will be customised to customer exact requirements such as supply of mould components in inches/metric, use of customer preferred brand of hot runner system, hydraulic system or cycle counter, & etc.5. To provide progress photograph of tooling to customer on regular basis to update customer on the work progress.5. We would assist in Visa and hotel booking and pick up etc. To facilitate customer visit to witness mould testing.6. To coordinate on shipping documentation for speedy delivery of tooling to USA.Please send your RFQ with your 3D IGES/2D DXF/JPG files together with your mould specification sheet and we will reply to you.We could also assist customer to do reverse engineering or performing 3D modeling services at very nominal charge.Contract moulding of your products for machine ranging from 40 ton to 850 ton (total 30 machines), spray painting, ultrasonic welding, silk screening, value added sub-assembly services and third party parts & components sourcing services are also available on request.
