       6 cavity preform mold for the thick wall preforms (preform for 5 gallon PET bottle). The weight of the preform is 480g, the preform is designed for four gallon PET bottles (15L PET bottle). cycle time is 60 Sec with general PET screw type of injection molding machine. Recommend to work with 3 stage post cooling system, it will reduce the cycle time significantly.
