Cold-half Mold features
Neck rings designed in two parts to ensure the same axial degree of preforms in molding;
Reasonable water-cooling channels to enhance preform cooling in mold and to guarantee fast cycle time;
Mold stacks are made of 2316 imported stainless mould steel; the steel will be heat treated before tooling;
Plates and other parts of the frame are made of 420 imported stainless mold steel.
 
Hot-half Mold features
Hot-runner channels are in balance design;
Main parts of hot-half mold such as heaters, valve-stems are imported from Italy;
PID UPS is applied in temperature control system;
Drop and heating zone temperatures are adjustable, AA value from thermal degradation is minimized.
 
Preform Acceptance
Preforms molded from PET mold are in optical clarity;
Preform wall thickness variation within 0.12mm can be achieved for preform with standard neck;
Preform can be accepted in accordance with peform drawing confirmed.
