The pump rotation is CCW viewing fron driving end.
The lengthened couplings with diaphragm would be used, in order to not dismantle the suction and discharge pipelines, and it is easy to dismantle the impeller,shaft,bearing,and shaft seal during the overhaul time.
The bearing is composed of ball bearing in radial direction and thrust ball bearing which is mounted back to back, the bearing is lubricated by liquid oil,the radiator is cast on outside surface of bearing body, it could be cooled by air (T<120 degree centigrade),fan (T=120~260 degreecentigrade) and water(T=260~420 degree centigrade).
The impeller is cast entirely and balanced, the axial force of pump is balanced by balance hole.
The casing is adopted radial split structure, which is used to pump the medium under the high temperature and pressure ,or inflammable, explosive and toxic fluid. The mounting type is horizontal centerline support.
The AY type oil pump including single-stage and single-suction, double-stage and single-suction overhung pump, two-stage and single-suction between bearings.
