The lobe pump is specially designed to transport the high viscosity or materials with grain softly, and used for hygiene and without fungus conditions. It works on the material softly, the transport speed can be controlled. It can also be used as metric instrument. All the parts contacting with the material are made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. The in-out switch joint uses the international ISOS standard quickly opened joint, and comes up with GMP standard.
Lobe pump is also named rotary lobe pump, three lobe pump, sole pump, etc. When the 2 simultaneous reverse rotating rotors (with 2~4 gears) revolve, it produces suction force at the inlet (vacuum), which intakes the material delivered.
